Our Philosophy and What Sets Us Apart
At Casey Parrot LLC, our philosophy is to be collaborative, thorough, diligent, adaptable, respectful, and focused on the end goals of the client. Our approach in every representation is three-fold:
understanding—we ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the capital needs of the project, the debt structures proposed by the financing team, and any legal, policy, or resource-based limitations of transaction participants
charting a course–applying our extensive experience, we provide clear, practical, and concise advice relative to applicable legal frameworks, potential challenges, and recommended solutions and, in cooperation with our client and other working group members, map a path from term sheet to closing
implementation—as appropriate to our role, we undertake to produce work product of the highest quality in a timely and efficient manner and to serve as diligent stewards of the transaction
